I had Photoshop Elements 8, which was working fine for me with my Nikon D90. When I tried to open the raw .nef images from my new Nikon D7000 for editing, the images would not open. I then purchased Elements 9 and also Premier. They will still not open the images (there is nothing wrong with the raw .nef images. They will open with the full Adobe Photoshop (very expensive program). Why can't I edit the nef images from my D7000 with my Elements program?
