The video was informative and never once buffered. I'm grateful for this service.

Hi Phillip,
about 1 year ago REPORT ABUSEI am new to Photo Shop. I am following you on the bend text tutorial but my text will not show up on the photo. What don't I have set properly? Please help.

I have wireless high speed and have no problems with the tutorials. Not sure if it matters but I do use the FireFox browser.

Works great guys...you just need to let the vid "buffer" through about 3/4 of it before hitting the play button.

I have high speed connection, and still can't watch the video for all the buffering that goes on. I can see about 3 seconds of video, IF that, and then it stops to buffer again. I notice I'm not the only one having this problem with this video.

With my wired high-speed connection, it was impossible to view this tutorial as it would stop for approx 1 minute to buffer after only 5-10 seconds of dialogue.

Even though I have a high speed wireless connection, the narration stops about every thirty seconds to spool into buffer. It takes forever to view the tutorial.
